Japanese Bankers Association Consultation Office is run by Japanese Bankers Association as a contact office for consultations and queries regarding banks, and opinions and/or complaints towards banks. Consultation and queries are treated free of charge.

If a trouble is not solved even after two months have passed since the Consultation Office accepted complaints from customers, you are able to use Conciliation Committee. Please ask Japanese Bankers Association Consultation Office for details.
